The staff were very friendly and helpful. Good energy amongst all of them.

Every one was so friendly. And looked after us really well. The room was perfect...and breakfast was great..thx

Staff are very nice and helpful. Room is clean but the speed of wifi is a bit slow. Foods are delicious in restaurant. Will definitely stay in the hotel again once we come to Florence next time and will recommend it to my friends.

This hotel is one of the loveliest in Florence. Convenient, quiet, wonderful helpful staff and every amenity one could ask for.

This was a very good mid-priced hotel in Florence. Though it is situated on an unprepossessing street with a simple entryway, the inside of the hotel is charming with lovely common areas and larger than average rooms. The breakfast area/restaurant was a delight and the food and coffee were delicious. There is a great little bar where a guest is offered a free "welcome drink" on your fist night. The overall level of service was excellent. Best, it is just a short walk to the train station so it was easy for us to come and go with no taxis required. We would certainly stay here again when in Florence.

I found the staff excellent , breakfast delicious. The bed room was too hot and a little noisy. I would discuss room choice if I was to visit again

If you looking to stay in Firenze be it for business, for shopping or for visiting, there is probably no better choice than this romantic palazzo three minutes from Firenze Santa Maria Novella train station and five minutes from the Arno and the shopping areas. In the train station Firenze S.M.M., there is a local train every ten minutes to Rifredi and the university, and Frecce stop here for Roma, Napoli, Milano, Torino and Venezia. Thus, it suits for business. You'll find all commodities you need, including good meeting rooms, and a cozy garden for break-outs. We've chosen this hotel as our first landing place when going to Firenze and hope we'll always find place.

very helpful cordial staff

This hotel is fabulous. It is both charming and modern; the bathrooms are extraordinary and cromoterapia shower was so welcome after a long day of travel. Breakfast was included and it was terrific - the wait staff were so pleasant, helpful and serving capuccinos expertly and quickly. The rooms were soundproofed and darkened with heavy curtains but bright when the curtains were open. They have a new bedroom scheme with decor that is really quintessential Italian style. Now the price - half the cost of the more pretentious places around Firenze. Truly a bargain with breakfast included, and just a very short walk to the train station. We could not have been happier with this hotel. Al and Pam [withhold last name]

Very quaint hotel with helpful staff, and a comfortable room. The common areas were beautifully decorated and very inviting. It is also located very close to the train station and major sights.

Hotel was beautiful, comfortable and in a great location. Staff were wonderful - always pleasant and eager to assist with any needs. If I ever go back to Florence I wouldn't stay anywhere else. This place is the best!

The front-desk personnel were extremely helpful and we absolutely loved our dinner in the restaurant our first evening there. Luciano made us feel like family and the food was exceptional. Our room was small but very efficient and we would definitely recommend this hotel. The breakfast was very nice, with lots of options, and the restaurant staff was kind and helpful.

Very pleased with our recent stay at Hotel Rivoli. It's a charming and conveniently located hotel in Florence. The staff is very helpful, the restaurant is quite good and there is even a little lobby bar for cocktails. We stayed in an updated room which was rather modern compared to others. It was comfortable with a new and modern bathroom. We will stay there again if we go back to Florence. Grazie, Hotel Rivoli!

We found the hotel staff to be friendly and helpful, they were the the best we had had in the 3 months of touring

Excellent Restaurant and beautiful Hotel

We stayed at this hotel for 10 days in the middle of a heat wave. Thankfully the air conditioning worked well. The location was within walking distance to the city center. There were a lot of restaurants near the hotel. The staff has great recommendations on places to eat nearby that were very good. The breakfast had a lot of variety.

Staff was great from welcome drink to various tour advice and smooth check out. Room was clean and location is great close to the main station and rental car branch.

The location of Hotel Rivoli was great. A short walk to the train station and an easy walk to all the sites we visited. The hotel staff were very helpful and friendly. We stayed in a triple room on the third floor and our room was clean and well kept. Sitting outside for breakfast every day was delightful. The waitress knew our coffee and tea preferences by the second day! We will definitely stay at Hotel Rivoli on our next visit.

Well situated, well decorated attractive rooms, with lovely inner courtyard areas.

The Hotel Rivoli is in a very convenient location in walking distance from the train station. From my previous stay in early 2000's this hotel has been renovated and expanded nicely. Service was good from all front desk staff and very helpful. Our room overlooked the small pool and courtyard. Was nice to look at but can get noisy if many people are talking or on cell phones. The bed was comfortable but the pillows were really flat and hard. We had an AC issue and it was repaired the same day. I did find however, that there is a lack of staff for bar area, and restaurant. They seem to have double duty and can hardly keep up. I found this especially when meeting groups and tour groups were in house. These areas got a bit crowded. If you want to have dinner make a reservation. The buffet breakfast was great and gives a great start to your day.

We had a great stay at the Hotel Rivoli. Our room overlooked the interior garden court, which was beautiful. The staff could not have been more friendly and were very knowledgeable and helpful on our requests of the area. The morning breakfast's were tasty and nice selection of items daily. Wait staff was great. When we return to the Florence area, this is the hotel we will stay at.

Quiet hotel very close to centre and all that visitors wish to visit. Friendly and helpful staff and good breakfast. Efficient check in and check out. Room quiet and modern. Did not like red safety lights that flashed all night and were visible from the bed - neither did we like the very modern shower system (and had the shower been placed in the bathroom rather than the bedroom there would have been much more room for cases and hanging clothes). Overall a hotel that we would use again

I would stay here again. The hotel was very comfortable and clean. The location was excellent. The staff were helpful and friendly. The breakfast was very good and fresh with a great variety of items. The restaurant for dinner was very enjoyable with terrific food and excellent service.

My family and I loved our stay at this hotel. The room was comfortable yet unique. I would highly recommend this to friends and family visiting the area.

Staff were excellent and very helpful especially the man at the reception desk who booked me in. The only complaint I have is the pillows are too hard. It was like putting your head on concrete which affected my sleep.

Very good stay at this hotel. Triple room was comfortable and was very clean. The sleep quality was very good. Loved the breakfast at the hotel too. The Wifi was quite fast.

Could not be faulted. Slightly out of the most central tourist areas perhaps, but 5 minutes walk from Piazza Republica is OK for me! Very quiet room overlooking beautiful garden. Good value too, I thought. The only slight fault was the alignment of the shower door, so difficult to stop the bathroom flooding, but in every other respect, brilliant, and I would certainly recommend the Rivoli to friends

Location was just a short walk from the train and bus station. Very convenient. Great breakfast buffet.

Good sized rooms and located in very central location.helpful and pleasant staff

We had a wonderful stay. The staff were very pleasant!! Still not sure why we had to pay 4 euros for hop on and off bus only to get there and they said we should have had a discountn

Great location, friendly staff and nice room - we enjoyed our stay

Excellent place to stay in Florence, ver well located, great facilities and breakfast. I would definetely recommend to stay there if you visit Florence

The hotel was in an excellent location, convenient to train station and amenities. The staff were pleasant and helpful. My only complaint as such is that on our last day there was a terrible smell on our floor (3rd).

Lovely stay, very friendly staff. the restaurant is a must, superb food and service.

fantastic hotel. great location, staff were lovely couldn't do enough.Breakfast was lovely would highly recommend this hotel

Extremely satisfying stay with cordial and courteous staff. Location of the Hotel is amazing very close to the major attractions. Recommend this Hotel for Families.

We loved Hotel Rivoli! During 4 weeks of travel it was the best hotel of all. The room was beautifully arranged, very clean, nice local guidebooks and a really cool 3D shower. The breakfast was a nice variety in a nicely lit comfortable space and we also enjoyed the restaurant when we went there for dinner. Plus the jacuzzi was great for relaxing after lots of walking and the lobby smelled really nice. Staff were also very kind and helpful and it's an easy walk to the train station. Overall definitely 4 stars!

Excellent - would stay here again - a great option in the centre of Florence - all round quality

It was perfect!

From the street this is a very unassuming hotel but from the minute one steps through the door the hotel is classy and the staff very welcoming and helpful. Our room was perfect and breakfast very fulfilling. The restaurant during the evening was a delight. This hotel is very much a hidden gem.

Nice hotel. Excellent, helpful staff. Breakfast very good. Only thing that lets it down is the Wi-Fi.

Room 405: access by stairs only but a very spacious, quiet twin room with courtyard view. A treat. Ideal location for airport shuttle and the station. Silvano and Ermelinda at reception desk very both very efficient and welcoming. Breakfast buffet has hot or cold options in peaceful surroundings - outdoors with a glass of prosecco was just perfect.

Location, facility and the restaurant are excellent.

good location and service

Great hotel, location, and staff. The bowl of apples available everyday in the lobby was a nice extra.

We stayed for one evening and unfortunately had an awful experience. Our neighbors fought for most of the evening and we could hear everything. Despite my best efforts to talk with the front desk attendant, they were unable to compensate us for the inconvenience.

We loved our stay at Hotel Rivoli. The location was great and hotel was beautiful. We also really enjoyed the daily breakfast. The staff was helpful and friendly. If we are ever lucky enough to visit Florence again, we will definitely stay at Hotel Rivoli.

My trip to Firenze will not happen should I have to stay anywhere else. Thanks all the staffs esp. Ms.Francesca who always gives the "personal touch" to the guests. It was more than 5 times that we have chosen BW Rivoli and hope to be back soon.

Fantastic stay at Hotel Rivoli! The front desk and other support members were very professional. They helped me with a number of questions - such as restaurants, assistance with booking a private tour, and knowledge of the city in general. Very quite room (double sound proof). Solo traveler with a great experience. I would recommend to anyone want to visit Florence and stay in a comfortable and convenient location. Mike (Tennessee).

Great location! Rooms were a good size and staff was very friendly and helpful. Delicious breakfast!
