- Baby onion flan with parmesan cream
- Thin sliced air dried beef with goat cheese and chopped celery
- “Carpaccio” of stuffed rabbit with white bean cream
- Tenderised sirloin beef steack with fresh mushrooms “tartare”
- Cream oh chickpeas with king prawns
FIRST COURSES
- “Lasagne” with light duck sauce
- Filippo’s “Paccheri” pasta
- Love’s spaghetti
- Maccheroni with wild boar stew and red wine sauce
- Tagliatelle with scorpion-fish
MAIN COURSES
- Roasted pork loin with potatoes
- Striped veal with soy, rocket and grana flakes
- Lamb gulash with fried “polenta” corn mush
- Fillet of beef with sweet wine and purè topinambur
- Large slice of dentex with vegetable
- Grilled Tbone steak
DESSERT
- Puff pastry with cream and strawberry (for 2 persons)
- Small puff pastries of pears with spicy chocolate and chocolate ice cream
- Cheese cake and blueberry sauce
- Filippo’s apple pie and chantilly cream
