As usual in the Autumn it will be held the V° AMD (Diabetes Association) National Congress, an event that offers delegates the opportunity to participate in cultural and research activities organized by the scientific society. The program is designed following scientific CSR indications and it’s supported by the Foundation. The convention is the way in which AMD becomes a cultural workshop open to collaboration with all partners, to the dialogue and comparasions.
The scientific research in this way is not an end in itself, but a concrete implementation in practice in everyday life, that is made of: knowledge, recommendations, guidelines and again evaluation efficacy, research improvement, cultural and professional refinement. Another news introduced this year is the ADM aim to introduce a new path, that have to be shared with the Italian Society of Diabetology (SID). Mutual respect and mantaining their identity, AMD and SID pepresent the adult diabetes in all fields, in research as in care and in relation with the institutions.
