After the great success of 2010,the event gets the 52° edition. This edition of Festival dei Popoli, International Documentary Film Festival will take place in Florence from 12 to 19 November.
The Festival is divided into the following sections: Official Selection (International Short Film Competition, International Competition feature film, Out of Contest), Italian Landscape, tributes, retrospectives and special events. At the Official Selection can be partecipate Documentary films of all nationalities completed after October 1. The purpose of the Festival dei Popoli is to promote and distribute the Documentary Film, cinema of research and foster dialogue between different experiences. This Festival is organized with support of the Ministry of Heritage and Cultural Activities, the Region of Tuscany, the Province and the City of Florence.
